1. Your inputs stay yours
You keep all ownership of the goals, prompts, notes and study material you submit. By submitting them, you grant ADEPT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LIMITED a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that material solely to generate your study plans and aids and to store your work for you. This licence ends when the content is deleted.
2. We do not train on your content
We do not use your inputs, uploads or generated results to train AI models. Pasted or uploaded material is cached only as long as needed to produce your outputs and is cleared on a rolling basis, by default within 30 days, unless you save it to your account.
3. Generated study aids
Subject to your subscription being in good standing, you may use the study plans and aids Adeptly generates for your personal learning, including printing and exporting them. You may not resell them or present them as accredited course material or certification.
4. Third-party material and copyright
Do not upload copyrighted third-party textbooks, exam papers, test banks or other protected material for redistribution, and do not submit content you lack the rights to use. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe others' intellectual property. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Our intellectual property
The Adeptly software, templates, branding and site content remain the property of ADEPT TECHNOLOGIES PVT LIMITED. This licence does not transfer any ownership of our platform to you.
